Leadership is a ministry for the Executive Director, staff, and board of directors at Pittsboro Christian Village. For our residents, this is their home. We work hard to make it a home they can be proud of, and one where they are comfortable.
LEADING AS WE ARE LEAD
Leading As We Are Lead
Gerald Baker, Jr.
Director of Resident Services
Gerald and Kim Baker came to Pittsboro Christian Village in 2006. Commended by Fayetteville Bible Chapel, Fayetteville, NC., the Bakers are now in fellowship with the believers at Pittsboro Bible Assembly, which meets on the Pittsboro Christian Village campus.
Prior to becoming Executive Director at Pittsboro Christian Village, Gerald was a commissioned officer in the United States Army. His bachelor’s degree is from North Georgia College. And his passion is ensuring that Pittsboro Christian Village residents receive the the best possible care—both physically and spiritually.
As Director of Resident Services, Kim oversees housekeeping, coordinates with volunteers, and assists with special events and hospitality activities. She is known for her care and compassion, playing a major role in ensuring a great quality of life for everyone here. One of Kim’s favorite responsibilities is giving tours to our many visitors, introducing them to our community and sharing the life it provides.
